Our conference "Non-Refoulement Principle and Voluntary Return" will be held on October 26, 2023, from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University's Haliç Campus.
In this conference, we will focus on the Non-Refoulement Principle and Voluntary Return. In the first session, Prof. Dr. Khadija Elmadmad from UNESCO and Dr. Ahmed Aldawoody from the International Red Cross Committee will analyze the Non-Refoulement Principle in comparison with Islamic Law and International Law. In the second session, Dr. Akif Dursun from Istanbul Medeniyet University and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Salkini from Gaziantep University will address voluntary return.
